I accept that the organisation may not be held liable for any injuries to my person which may occur during skill training or practical lessons.

I further accept that the organisation will not be held accountable for any loss to my property whilst training.

I further agree that the organisation may not be held liable for any work or damage I may cause to the property of a client after undergoing training by the institution.


I understand that that the entity may make use of or disclose my information to the the SAPS in the event of an investigation in accordance with the PAI Act.


I understand that that the entity may make use of or disclose my information to the the SAPS in the event of an investigation in accordance with the PAI Act.


I have been made to understand that the training provided by this institution is 100% free except in so far as fees are required by a third-party accreditation body such as SETA or in so far as I am required to buy my own tools or materials for the purpose of practical lessons as I learn my chosen craft.


I consent to adhering to all the organisations rules and regulations including any rules and regulations specific to the facilitator(s) of any given skill.
